Why Dry Film Lubricant Coatings?
Dry film lubricants find versatile applications, particularly in situations where liquid lubricants (such as grease and oil-based ones) are unsuitable due to extreme temperatures, either high or low, or vacuum conditions. In comparison to solid lubricants, liquid lubricants have limited application ranges. Once the operating conditions exceed this narrow range, liquid lubricants can no longer offer adequate protection to sliding and contacting surfaces. In such cases, dry film lubricants continue to perform effectively, serving as a reliable and protective solution.
